Cancellation

1. What is our Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel your order within 6 hours by calling our helpline no +919130738757 or by mailing us at customer.outfitby@gmail.com

Note* Order will not be canceled once it is processed in our warehouse and dispatched. Please check returns / refund policy.

2. Items purchased on sale will not be canceled or refunded.

3. Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by contacting our customer support team at +919130738757 or by mailing us at customer.outfitby@gmail.comand if we have shipped the order then re shipping charges of 250 INR will have

4. I just canceled my order. When will I receive my refund?

For all prepaid orders that are canceled, you will receive a refund directly to your bank account. To initiate the refund process, please provide your details by emailing us at customer.outfitby@gmail.com. Thank you for your understanding.

RETURNS

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return products only if they are:

  1. Damaged upon receipt.
  2. Different from what you ordered.
  3. We do only exchange once for all orders, items once sold are not taken back.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (We do not have a reverse pick up facility ), as any returned items that are not received by outfitby.com will be treated as not returned.

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to outfitby.com on the following address:

2. Purchase made During SALE are Not eligible for any kind of Return or exchange

3. We have a 7 day return policy. Once the refund request is approved , the refunded amount would be processed within 3-4 business days .

4. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.

5.Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.

EXCHANGES

1. If you require a replacement of size, colour or alternative item/s, you are required to initiate a return process of the same.

2. Purchase made during SALE are not eligible for any kind of Return / exchange  

3. Exchange can be done within 7 days of delivery
